Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content for social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok) that aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals. Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms promptly and professionally. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals.Research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to recommend new strategies. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics using social media analytics tools. Brand Voice and Guidelines: Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels, adhering to brand voice and guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
